Utilize the list below to make sure that you have everything you need when getting ready to purchase a home!

Required Documents

  • Two Forms of Government Issued Identification
    This is required per Federal Regulations (USA Patriot Act)
  • W2’s &/or 1099’s
    The qualification process requires the last 2 years for an analysis of your income history.
  • Paystubs
    The qualification process requires the last 30 days of Paystubs.
  • Tax Returns
    The qualification process requires the last 2 years of Tax Returns
  • Self Employed / Business Interest
    The qualification process requires the last 2 years 1120 &/or K1’s
  • Bank/Asset Statements
    The qualification process requires the last 2 months bank/asset statement to verify reserves & down payment.
  • Retirement Statements
    If providing retirement statements, include the terms of withdrawal.
  • Large Deposits
    Any non-payroll/pension/social security deposit made must be sourced to avoid negative impact on your loan.
  • Homeowners Insurance
    Provide Contact Information & Quote
  • Rental Properties
    Required for all rentals:  Mortgage Statements, Homeowners insurance, HOA statements, lease agreements.
  • Bankruptcy Papers
    If applicable, copies of all schedules and discharge papers are required.
  • Divorce Decree
    If applicable, a certified copy or signed copy by the Court of your Divorce Decree is required.
  • Child Support Order
         If applicable, three months evidence of receipt is required.
